We aim to offer a variety of healthy, nutritiously balanced and great tasting meals. Typically, hot meals include an entrĂ©e, salad or vegetable and cold meals include a sandwich, fruit and dessert with choice of juice or milk.

Each weekday morning, a team of kitchen volunteers, prepare both hot and cold meals for delivery. During the lunch-hour, a second team of volunteer drivers using their own vehicle delivers the meals. The drop-off provides not only an important opportunity for a wellness check but a few minutes of social chit chat between an appreciative client and the Meals on Wheels volunteer.
